With Bluetooth connection available, those cherished pre-ceremony moments can be accompanied by your choice of music, helping to calm nerves and set the mood for the festivities ahead.

It’s also perfect for evening celebrations. Ease of accessing the building is thoughtfully considered, as the venue also has reliable shuttle services that transport guests from parking areas to the reception, ensuring both convenience and safety.

There are quite a few ceremony and cocktail hour sites throughout The Hidden Oaks. Here are a few of the more popular ones!

Greenhouse Reception Hall

First is the Greenhouse Reception Hall, which I mentioned earlier on in this article. This space is the main area for weddings, offering tons of natural light and incredible views that surround you as the festivities take place. 

This area is truly a bit of a blank canvas but does have great twinkle lights, which add to the ambiance. There’s an indoor and outdoor space, so you can pop out to the patio to enjoy the outdoors at any time. 

Cocktail Cottage

Obviously, this list wouldn’t be complete without talking about the Cocktail Cottage, which is such a fitting name! Nestled on the property amongst the trees, this cottage is the perfect place for cocktail hour during the wedding. 

With wooden walls, mood lighting, and wooden barrels, this place has a great ambiance that is sure to get everyone comfortable as they mix and mingle. Plus, right outside of this space are the firepits that I mentioned earlier, where guests can warm up near the fire while outdoors.

The Guest Cottage

We’ve not talked about it quite yet, but one of the greatest spaces at The Hidden Oaks Wedding Venue is The Guest Cottage! This cottage was built in 1912 and is another spot that’s nestled amongst the forest here near the main venue.

The cottage can host up to 8 guests and has a full kitchen, 2.5 baths, a preparation area, a fireplace, a porch with screens, Bluetooth speakers (so you can play your favorite playlist) and is climate controlled.

This cottage was also recently renovated! It can be a great place to stay for your wedding with your closest friends and family. The inside is really so well put-together, featuring a unique charm and cozy atmosphere. It feels like something out of a storybook.
